Camilla Matteucci
Camilla Matteucci is an Italian professional dancer, assistant, and choreographer.
Born in Pesaro, Italy, she began her dance education at Atelier Danza Hangart. She later graduated from the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich under the direction of Konstanze Vernon and Robert North. Over the course of thirteen years, Camilla performed with several theaters across Germany, including Staatsoper Hannover, Mainfrankentheater Würzburg, Theater Krefeld-Mönchengladbach, and Theater Nordhausen. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with numerous renowned choreographers, including Marguerite Donlon, Itzik Galili, Mauro Bigonzetti, Jiří Pokorný, Douglas Lee, Jörg Mannes, Robert North, Ivan Alboresi, Armen Hakobyan, Louis Stiens, Roberto Scafati, Anna Vita, and Fabio Liberti, among others. Since 2022, Camilla has been based in Berlin, where she works as an assistant choreographer to Marguerite Donlon, contributing to productions at the Komische Oper Berlin, English National Ballet School, and Theater Münster. She also choreographed two musical productions—Sister Act and Zorro—for the Schlossfestspiele in Zwingenberg.
Her deep passion for movement naturally led her to the world of Pilates. Camilla is a STOTT PILATES® Instructor, specialising in all Pilates equipment, combining her extensive stage experience with a focus on mindful and precise movement.
